Episode Discussion only EXPECT SPOILERSMiscellaneous TB talk should be kept to the general TRUE BLOOD thread, please. It must be said that I love LaFayette. The Season 3 premiere was full of info and hard to keep up. Lots of storylines to follow! OMG Ericbutt. Well, they certainly didn't keep us hanging very long on Bill's whereabouts, did they? I loved that he hooked up that old lady, Olivia, after he fed on her by giving her cash and letting her think it was from her absent son. But do we really think that the humans that kidnapped him wouldn't have robbed him? Sam's erotic Bill dream gave me giggles. It's was so cheesy! When Sookie came storming into Fangtasia to accuse Eric of stealing Bill and Pam was liking Sookie's lavender dress, I loved when Sookie was like, "I'm no mood for lesbian weirdness tonight, Pam." LMFAO. More awesome quotes: LaFayette to Aunt Bitch, Tara's Mom: "Bitch, you and me bridge and never gonna motherfuckin' happen." Jason's dumbass trying to hit on the veterinary students: "What am I thinking about right now? In mah brain?" And then he tells Hoyt that if they're going to be roommates, he better get used to the "pussy overflow". What a pig. Arlene, pregnant? Oh jeez. Is it Terry's from all that Marianne induced orgy-sex? Who's running Merlotte's while Sam is away? The father-to-be?

I loved it when LaFayette called Pam "Hooker" and she vamped out on his ass. I don't remember the lines exactlly but they were good.

Glad you got to see it, Raven! I definitely think Pam and Lafayette stole the show! I hate Tara's mom sooo much, but the exchange with Lafayette was gold! I can't wait for Lafayette's mom to show up. Definitely agree with the cheese factor of Sam's dream. I expected a bow-chicka-bow-wow soundtrack.

one of my favorite one liners was Det Andy talking to Jason. "Conscious off, cock on!" lol'd on that one. Pam lamenting to Sookie about the maenad being a great interior decorator. Halfway through the Sam and Eric thing, wifey and I looked at each other and said, "Dream"
Bring on the wolves!
(lolz. right after I typed that, my dog came running through the house and jumped on the couch and into my face for the "Hi Im back from my walk!!!!!!!!one!!!" greeeting. He's a little small for a wolf tho)

One of my favorites was when Sookie was storming down to Eric with Pam trailing behind going, in a very stoic voice, protesting ("No... stop.... don't...."). Then Eric looking at Pam and asking why she didn't stop Sookie ("Sorry, she overpowered me") while looking attentively at Yvette. Made me laugh. Me <3 Pam! And I am really starting to like Jessica, too.

Poor Jessica. Her first body and she is clueless.

Any idiot knows to bury a stinkin' dead body. Aero, I too loved when Pam was pretending to protest and not hold Sookie back from catching Eric in his kinky act.
Vampy, when Pam went apeshit on LaFayette, she said that she could tear his throat out and he best not forget it, and he better sell all of that blood by tomorrow and shit like that. She said he better not ever call her a hooker again, either, because that was a long, long tiem ago. LMAO!

Love anything Pam says. She is and always will be my favorite dry but dangerous girl. "Maybe I smile too much, maybe I wear too much pink?" "You picking up what I'm putting doowwwn?"

Bill was, once again, my least favorite part of the show. I kind of hope one of the werewolves takes a chunk out of him.

Good ones, Mendi.
Jackie, I hear ya, but Bill represents balance. He's there to show viewers the "moral" side to Sookieverse vamps.

Actually, Bill lets us think he is a "moral" vampire, but he continually warns Sookie that Vampires are not human...and then of course we find out just how "not" moral he is further into the story. BETRAYER of the worst kind!!!!!

That's just the man in him. I used quotes around moral for a reason.

Please don't classify all men as ass hats or betrayers because of your bad experiences. There are a lot of good guys out there. Some of them even like to post here.
Bill is what he is. A vampire first. Assigning human morals to a vampire makes about as much sense as trying to do the same thing to a jelly fish.
Bill may act more humane than his fellow vamps but we must remember the key word, "ACT". As a vampire he is subject to different motives, laws and behaviors. This is something I think Sookie is learning the hard way.

I've been divorced twice and I'm not even thirty. It's habit. : ) Eric's always been my number #1 guy in Sookie's world. I'm so glad they cut his hair in the show. The mess he had in Season 1 was horrific. If he can't have long, luxurious hair, I'll go with the short style he's sportin' now.
