Sometime I just kept bouncing on the couch until it found a station I liked. Mouse, you are a treasure. I'm laughing hard enough to split. ;D And yeah, having something you can't use without a remote sucks horrible bad. It's a pain in the butt. My dogs will eat anything. Plastic, wood, shoes, table legs...Once they even chewed up one of my hardback books I left laying on the couch, and all that was left of the cover was a nub on the spine!! Rotten doglets.

When my puppy was smaller, she got a hold of my Serenity companion book. She almost didn't get any older.

I heard that! Can't say that I blame you either. I know that I quit leaving books on the couch or the end tables pdq.
What kind of dog you got, Vampy? I've got Chihuahuas, Yorkies and Brussels. All yappers, but I love them.

I had a cat like that.. But she attacked my helpless socks. I would have all my clothes ready for school then when I wake up in the morning and dressed. I would be slipping my socks on and you could see my toes and fur all over it. Smug would just look up at me meowing "How did that happen?" with this all too innocent eyes.

Vampy, she is a beautiful dog. I love her eyes. Dogs are so expressive in their eyes, aren't they? It's like you are the only person in the world that matters to them. Nobody loves me like my dogs love me. Except for Gravy. He's a good hubby. I need to post some pics of my pets. I love animals.

Thanks
She is a very gentle dog. It took four months before I could pet her. Now she is playful and will run up and jump on me, Now I can start leash training her.

Good luck with the leash training. I think some dogs take to it better than others. I have one dog that I have to put into a harness cause she won't wear a collar like a normal dog. She always finds some way out of it or winds up getting it stuck in her mouth.

The first few times I tried it were horrible. She is scared of the leash. I am thinking about going the harness route.

I once had a cat name Mouse (hints the sn name) and he used to eat cockroaches. Being raised in Texas he used to chase after the flying ones. Then when he was done he would go over and lick my dad's feet. Just creepy and weird because they were the smelliest feet in the house. Cats are just weird that way I guess. I had a ferret named Piggy who would eat roaches. Kinda creeped me out to hear her crunching on them @ night in the dark. she'd also raid the shower to lick on the shampoo bottles.

I love ferrets. If it wasn't for Fuzzy the hunter, I'd have one. I think she'd try to kill it if I had one. TYPO isn't much of a hunter but I'm sure she'd help.
I just have to settle for playing with Milo. My nephew's ferret.

oh i dunno...ferrets are sometimes quite fearless...I had a huge Alaskan Malamute when I had Piggy and the first time we had them out together, Piggy was hanging onto his lip wanting to play. King, the Mal, just kinda looked @ us thinkin'--well, DO something. I think because she was smaller than he was that he didn't have a problem w/her. between a ferret and a cat...it could be a toss up who would win. I've had 14 ferrets (not at the same time, thank god!) and although they're tough little buggers, they really don't last very long and it just got to be too much of a heartache when I'd have to put them down (lots of tumor and cancer issues). They sure are neat little creatures tho' =)

I like playing with Milo. He does all these little hopping moves and will run away. Then he will hide under pillows with his face sticking out. He's so funny.
