Hex was fun...but last night's epi was back to the same old boredom...And you say it's already been picked up for another season?

It was a bit of a pointless ep as they find out it's Davis then do SWFA as usual, Clark needs to grow a bigger pair and kick some more ass me thinks

^Totally agree, Kira. What's his problem?
I wasn't thrilled with the comparison they made to Clark and Christ. Quite a stretch there.

Indeed... So isn't Doomsday meant to be the ultimate bad guy? I know he kills him in the comics but they have also made him kind of a pussy... With this thought in mind i wonder who is going to be the big bad next season......? if the kill off davis.

I don't think he had a human counterpart in the comics either though. DAVIS is the puss on the show. His monster side is the bad-ass fo' sho'!

Doomsday was a one-hit-wonder in the comics...he was created exclusively for the Death of Superman plotline...after that he was shelved once again...basically, for all his notoriety, he's a non-entity in the books...actually, quite a bit like Bane in the Batman comics (except that Bane only broke his spine instead of killing him)...

Right that makes sense, but isn't he a product of Zod & his lady??? according to smallville any hoo... Shit i hope that doesn’t mean we have to put up with him next season too... I may have to boycott if that's the case..

Well, I wiki-ed Doomsday, and in the comics he was made on Krypton, but hundreds of thousands of years before humanoid life...He's actually reappeared from time to time when they wanted someone just way too powerful...but overall I agree, they don't need him in the show...and I'm against a next season to begin with, much less with him in it...

I hope they don't flog it for much longer, there is only so much they can do without making him SUPERMAN and the movies are about that... sigh i just don't want to end up hating the series

Well at least we had Jimmy this week, though he is in a bad way. And I kinda felt sorry for Chloe even though she chose to keep Davis a secret =(

Well, and it gets worse...it looks like she's going to choose Davis over everything next week...
