I'm re-reading TON before book three comes out and thought I'd start a post to discuss it. Totally selfish and fangirly of me. ;D I'm just going to post things that come to me as I read and hear what others think and or speculate about it.
S P O I L E R S P A C E!!!!!!!!! RUN RUN RUN NOW!!!!!
I am once again intrigued by the original manual of the city and of the agents in general. I am hoping that Jo comes across them in the end, of course.

I did that too. Random thoughts I remember occuring: I fecking hate Regan. Hunter is yummy. Jaoquin cannot die soon enough. I'm not sure I could pull off being Olivia as Jo. (You know what I mean.) Kissing up to Xavier - gag. Hanging out with Cher and acting plastic - ick. Thing is, as much of an asshole as Xavier is, and as shallow as Cher is, they care about Olivia, which makes them tolerable for Jo, I guess. But there are times I think, "No way could I fake it..." I'd slip up.
A fave scene: when Jaoquin gets a stiletto to a VERY sensitive part of his anatomy at the freaky-sex ball.

Hunter VERY Yummy. I don't know how Jo does it! I don't know how Jo can go in there looking like Olivia and have them treat her like a dumb blonde barbie and not yell and kill anyone. Will any of the guys find out who she really is? I bet when they all find out they will feel like dumb asses

Well, this is PURELY SPECULATION, but do ya really think she's the only one with a hidden identity?

ROCK----Jo--------HARD PLACE Where her loves are concerned. And yes, Regan must die...SOON and slowly. I don't think the Tulpa has the manuals or else he wouldn't be so worried hmmmmm where can they be?

yes, i agree with Lvlocalgirl. i don't think the Tulpa has the First Manual of the city, if he did he would have long since destroyed it or used in for his own goals somehow, it's more than likely hidden in plain sight someplace. and yes.. Ragan must die, but not quickly... i can see Jo taking her time with her for what she's done. *chuckles*

I don't think the Tupla has the first manual. If he did I think he would be more dangerous. I don't know. He would have either destroyed it used it against the Lights some how. If it showed his creation and such then it must have showed the creation of the light? Does that make any sense?

No wonder it's so cramped under here. Now that's just creepy. If it showed his creation and such then it must have showed the creation of the light? Does that make any sense? No. That doesn't make sense to me. What do you mean?

Well the very first manual must contain the creations of both sides of shadow and light wouldn't it? Maybe I'm thinking way too much.
