I'm so glad you did - I love the people I've met through this forum. You guys seriously make it worth it. I know how it feels, needing some place to discuss these awesome books with fellow readers. That's why I nagged Vicki to let me start it! ;D I need to talk about them with people that understand.

I just finished the book. Thanks alot Vicki for making me cry! Poor Luna - and I don't even like cats! Being a dog person - I loved Buttersnap - and though I don't post often I read the boards everyday so totally got the reference which gave me an internal giggle. And then I cried when Skamar died. I really loved that crazy beoyotch. Caine - you died too soon! Well, not really, but I loved the character. Io - I was mesmerized by her scenes. I'm a gory person and totally got caught up in feeling all of Jo's organs. *grin I'm ready for Jo to throw Hunter over and go for Carlos. *ducks flying missiles Hubba hubba Thanks Vicki for making this series so strong. Usually by book 5 I'm a little bored with the cast and crew but you've added and subtracted so well that it's an epic journey with you. And I'll just say it here - I'm hoping Jo gets some of her super powers back. And it shows she's still the Kairos.

Hi tummy -
Ah, what feedback! Thank you! It does my writer's heart good to hear what you enjoyed and picked up on -- all the little threads and plants I worked so hard to give you ( and I do think of them as gifts; a little something here, a little something there).
I'm thrilled, too, that I could engage you over five books - it's what an author hopes, but doesn't dare hope too hard, to hear.
Thank you.
BTW, I struggled with Caine, too. I wanted to keep him around because I thought him fascinating, but he served the story's purpose better this way. So ... sorry, Caine. *shrug*

Vicki - you rock. I don't know of another author that's as engaged and interactive as you. If I weren't developing such a crush on Carlos I'd be crushin' on you. *grin

Jo is pregnant. When Io is touching her and says something about her connection to Hunter. It's not obvious.

I have questions.... After going to the last pages of the book I finally read between the lines when Lo was checking jo to finally see that jo is pregnant. Even the conversation with Carlos she had outsie where he said Are you really going to do it even with this new information?
The last time jo was in midheaven solange was torturing hunter and his eyes were in her sky. Does that mean he's dead and can't be saved? I was thinking since he's part of those stars that he would have morphed in to somehting different? Jo had asked lo if they had a connection and she told her only his ghost was present or something along those lines.
Also, I've also read dark matters (unbound) and it doesn't really shed light in to how solange became so powerful in that world. Did she gamble her way up the ladder like everyone else? Was she the first one there? I have so many questions, but I don't know if that will be answered in the 6th and final book.

Many questions are answered in the 6th book, yes. Solange was not the first one to enter Midheaven, but her quest for power helped her gain it. Greed and ambition go a long way.
No, Hunter is not dead.
I can only answer so much without giving things away. Have faith. Jo is a powerful woman. Yes, Solange is a formidable enemy, but the power of love might just be stronger than the psycho hose beast.
Just know that you will be shocked, relieved, and fulfilled after reading book six.

Okay.. I'll be patient then until May. I'll just have to do what I do and find another series in the mean time to help me move on until 6th book comes out.

Check out of "Other Authors" section if you need suggestions.
Or, you could always re-read in anticipation. You might be surprised what you'd find in re-reads!
