another great thread to dig out.
I HOPE that Jo and Hunter can raise their two daughters together in the sanctuary...and Hunter is the new leader because Warren gives up his powers to be with Zoe.....Of course Jo miraculously regains what she has lost.
How's that for pie in the sky?

OH1 And I predict that Hunter kills Solange. OK maybe that's a hope too.

lmao! Personally, I hope Zoe and Warren don't end up together...he's a manipulative prick! I want him cast down by his own troops and turned into a rogue! Would serve him right! So much for Xavier surviving...but at least he sorta learned the price of his choices...

OK...I like that, but Zoe may want him, never know and Zoe deserves a break after working so hard for so long. She's kinda like him, single minded.

Yeah Joes mom doesn't strike me as the touchy feely mama type.... but I really dont want Zoe and Warren together ugh
I want Warren to Die - maybe imploded by his own petard - even stripped of his powers driven mad... just anything crazy and torturous!
Prediction: Hunter Rides off into the sunset with his daughter and him and Jo don't have a HEA. Hope: However I would love it if Stace's prediction would come true lololol
I wouldn't want Hunter to Kill Sola - its a bit horrible killing the mother of your child even though she totally deserves it...

Well, just because Warren becomes a Rogue does not preclude him being with Zoe...as a mortal, she isn't restricted to the city, so she could travel with him...

^As I said in another thread, Zoe could never respect the man that treated her daughter as less-than-human, as nothing more than a means to an end. Warren is no better than the tulpa in that he uses people as pawns in the game, without thinking of their feelings. It's all about winning to him and that's bullshit. Zoe has empathy and maternal instinct enough to give up EVERYTHING for her kids. She won't stand for that crap. And she won't respect or love someone who thinks he can justify his mistreatment of those in his care with an "ends justifies the means" type of attitude.

I just finished reading CoS, and I had forgot how incredibly sad that book is. Poor Jo, she loses almost everything, her powers, her friends/troop, Hunter (although I don't think he's really lost, he'll be back), her status as an agent, even the people at Master Comics. Sad. At least she still has Cher and Suzanne. So I have to hope that the evil author, who's writing I love even when it's evil, is slightly less evil in the next book. Jo deserves a little good to happen, she has had plenty of bad during her life. So I hope Hunter finds a way to get her powers she lost in Midheaven back, he comes back and explains why he did what he did and makes up with Jo, and Jo finds a way to restore her powers. Those power poker chips she left at Hunter's have to have a use yet, and I refuse to believe Jo will stay a mere human forever. I also hope some of the troop with disobey Warren and actually be a real friend to Jo. And I also hope Warren gets what he deserves, which is nothing good. And I'm sure it will all work out like this in the next book right! Ha ha ha. ;D Hey, a girl can always dream.

Well if you're gonna dream, dream BIG! Vick will look @ that and laugh that EVIL laugh of hers and make us all suffer (along w/Jo) yet again through another book. And we'll take it because we are all twisted individuals like that. LOL

I want the HEA in the truest sense of the word, Jo and Hunter and kids together..... but I have no illusions we will get that. So I will take happiness for Jo however it comes

Why would Jo and Hunter be the HEA? Why not someone else, someone new? Maybe Hunter's replacement in the troop?

Definitely has to be Hunter, in my opinion. I think any HEA with someone for Jo has to be with someone we already know (this assumes that any HEA includes a man, Jo may find she is happy all on her own). If there will only be six books, its almost a little late to introduce someone new who will be the HEA and for the fans to really become invested in that character, to really feel like we really want things to work out between him and Jo. I don't care much at all for Ben so I prefer it's not him, but that just my preference which doesn't matter since its all in Vicki's hands.
