Happy release day to Vicki and co-authors for their offering up of 9 wicked good stories in one place. I love anthologies!  Going to the book store today for this one...can't wait to read Skamar's story. ;D |

Some VPeeps make an appearance in this book. Can't wait 'til you guys see it! Personally, I wanted Vic to keel Debi off so I can have Vlad to myself, but she mighta vetoed that idea. I'll let you read and find out.  Regardless, I have to say once again that Vicki is a master at pulling out emotion. I never cared a whole lot about Skamar until this story. Vicki MAKES you care. It makes events in CTG sadder when you "know" Skamar a bit more, IMO. I *love* Vicki's shorts. The little peeks into the Zodiac world are so incredible and make the entire world all the more enjoyable. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. All work and no play, DL... |

Hah! Raven, you blood thirsty little wench...I SURVIVED! And this story rocked! As did the other stories in the anthology. I cannot remember ever reading any other anthology and liking all of the stories contained within. AMAZING! |

Yeah, well, I'm not entirely certain what the vacation is supposed to qualify as, but in my oppinion, I can't wait to get back to work!!! I'll be able to finish my editing and move on to all of my reading! I passed a B&N somewhere along the lines, but was running late so I couldn't stop in and pick up a copy...probably not until Saturday or so  |

I'm supposed to get this to review, but I'm not sure I can wait until it arrives, lol. I foresee myself breaking down on Friday. Oh well. I'm sure I know someone who'd like my copy when I'm done with it!

I was hoping it would be at Walmart but no, of course not. No one else had it, so I'll have to get it online. The entire anthology sounds very cool!

I picked up the book on Monday, so it was still technically part of opening week, right? I won't have time to read it for another few days...sorry V, but Blood Law must be read first |
