When I was a little teen - wow, already a decade ago... there were a couple authors that really got me into reading again... L.J. Smith, James Patterson being the ones that I enjoyed enough to share with others.
Any other Patterson fans?

I've read a few of his. I don't actively seek them out, but I do enjoy the ones I come across. Does that make sense?:/

I liked the Alex Cross books, and I read a few that the TV show The Womens Murder Club was based on. I was not a fan of his YA series, I found it to be meh!

I don't care for his YA series either... Michael Kahn is good if you like a good lawyer mystery...

I just finished up watching (what is going to be the end of the series) the last show of Women's Murder Club -- one thing I don't like about the show, is that they don't have all of the characters from the books AND becuase of that, the storylines happen to different character than in the books... I think the difference with the characters and their storyllines take something away from the series for the fans of the books.
Anyone agree?
