A New Question for the Scribbler "The Sequel"

Alrighty then, some of these may have been asked before but then we have some new people here(somewhere)

1) How are the various troops organized? Is there a central agency that governs them?

2) Who decides where a new troop sets up shop and what number it will be? does it all just come down through the manuals? How?

3) Are the Dark troops numbered to? Do they share the same number as the Light troop like Troop 175D(D for dark)

4) How is Jolivia gonna fix that little girl?(yes, I tried to sneak one in there.)

Second, Raven's right - 40K new words to write in the next month, and 22 pages a day of old text to r/w. Busy, busy.

I'm saving the first two answers as plot points down the line, so right now your questioning mind is just as I'd like it (I know, that's so evil!) and the answer to the third is yes, they're numbered. Minus the D...but only because I didn't think of it. {g}

The fact that she didn't answer any of my questions except about the D shows that they are good questions.
