Vicki, in response to your question in the intro thread, I also loved ODW! Kim ties up some questions but starts so many more. I don't know how much to say yet. Do we have spoiler tags here?

I liked ODW as well. I LOVED getting to know Rachel's mom more, she rocks. There were a few things I rolled my eyes at but over all I was glad to see Rachel growing up a bit and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Raven...do you think the color of the font in the navigation chain at the top could be changed to something bright so that you can see it better? It's a drag having to go back to home and start again to go to another topic. Just my opinion.

Well, it's no secret I'm a big ol' Harrison fangirl...first of the books, then of the woman.
Re. her work, though: I think she gets better with each installment. I thought she'd peaked at FOC -- it was so good. But is it me or do all of her endings pack a serious combination punch? Awesome stuff...
I guess I should refrain from talking about other authors, but I couldn't help myself here...

I love the Hollows books. When kim had her signing in Charlotte NC, i drove up to meet her. I had a great time talking to her and Guy. It was only 700 miles round trip.

Me and my best friend at the time drove to San Diego to see her and we didn't realize that we were among her youngest fans. XD It was weird seeing a room full of adults when we entered, we thought there'd be more people our age.

Kim has a wide demographic. She has readers from around 13 all the way up to people in their golden oldie years. The woman has some skill to have such a wide reader base.

Definatly agree. XD Her books are just SO kick ass. Though I'm still waiting to get my hands on her newest book. >.> like 26 people put holds on it in front of me at the library.

This is one of those series that I read then get my daughter hooked on. I've also done that with Jim Butcher's books. Vicki's will be next. I love introducing her to new authors for selfish reasons. I then have a sounding board right in my own house! I'll bet the rest of you do this too.
