can you freeze them first? i've had cheesecakes and different kinds of pies delivered from out of state before. (I'm not picky...I'll eat crumbs!! )

I can't just freeze a cupcake. Especially this special one. Everything is made from scratched.

why not? made from scratch shouldn't matter...okay, what about dry ice? you know like the bakeries have those containers that the cupcakes come in~ maybe one of those packed tight and with dry ice? just trying to be helpful.

That would be nice but I don't have that kind of money. Dry ice is kind of pricey up here.

And scratch does matter. It depends on if you put any preservatives and how long the ingredients can hold and if they can be frozen. Plus the frosting I want to use doesn't taste as good frozen as when it is fresh.

Oh yeah! We'll just have one big cupcake lesson at Vicki's! We'll plan a date where we all can go out there and fill her kitchen.
I was planning more like a dreamcycle cupcake. Like orange cream with a white chocolate cream cheese orange spice frosting then write 'Vicki' in white chocolate and draw little star signs in chocolate to stick on top.
But we can have chocolate cupcakes in the lesson too.
