I saw this yesterday. I highly recommend it. It was extraordinary. If you are a fan of the Narnia Chronicles, it's a must see. One thing did mar it a little for me. As soon as Reepicheep appeared, all I could think of was mouse.

Is it really long? Kid appropriate?
Caspian is dreamy.

It's 2 hours 20 min long, but it goes really fast and it's rated PG so it's pretty kid friendly. There are a couple of big epic fantasy battles but they don't show a lot of gore. There is also a decapitation depicted but not shown in any detail.

One of my FAV comics, Eddie Izzard, does one of the voices.
I'm going to see him on the 30th - I'm SOOOO excited.
