I think Julia Roberts could pull off both aspects.

A little old honestly...I haven't seen her in much recently but she's developing some lines...not to say she's not beautiful still, but it's a bit more mature now...
As for the two actress thing, it's not that uncommon an effect, think Quantum Leap, or even Charmed season 8...

I was picturing Pretty Woman Julia and I'd forgotten exactly how long ago that was. Sucks to be old. Possible others: Naomi Watts or Scarlett Johansson, not sure how tall they are though

Scarlett is 5' 4" and Naomi is 5' 5"...Though height isn't all that important...after all, John Rhys-Davies is well over 6' and Jonathon Frakes is 6' 4" yet he never ended up looking like a giant among the rest of the Next Generation cast...Camera angles and scenery tricks are wonderful things...

Personally I think Michelle might be a bit better than Eliza since she's younger looking...means we could cast someone who looks about Eliza's age for Jo-livia... There's an interesting question...would you cast two separate actresses for her? keep the Jo actress for most of the time, and only use the Olivia actress for times when she sees herself in the mirror or simmilar situations? Awesome! Like what they did in the cool "Quantum Leap" show. BTW, I'm Simcha, and I am new, but loving it!

Aloha Simcha. We have an intro thread in the General section where you can go all out about yourself if you'd like.

Howdy Simcha! And exactly the effect I was thinking...you do it only just often enough to remind people it's her, but not to overwhelm...

This is me officially placing my vote for Ben Browder for Hunter! Although, would it be weird having a "Ben" be Hunter? (And does Hunter have blue eyes or brown?) But seeing as Jo is forced to be Olivia, it seems only fair that a Ben gets to be Hunter. Now we just have to sell someone on the idea of producing the Zodiac series who is smart enough not to ruin it! I quoted from the Olympics thread here to respond... Personally, I would see him more as Ben than Hunter...I picture Hunter as being bigger than Browder honestly...almost more of a wrestler body type...

Thanks for bringing the convo in here, DL! I snagged a couple pics from Photobucket for debate purposes. Ooooo nice find! He's good. But I'm with DL. I think he's more Traina than Hunter. I think Hunter's got a "dark" quality to him. No?

Daniel Cudmore... is too boyish for me ... he's more like a Riddick for me....
My sort of vision for Hunter is a hybrid Clive Owen, Daniel Craig & Gerald Butler... their intensity and how their gaze can see right through you... damn that is hot! Brains and Brawn!
Ben Browder for Ben lol! Gotta lock that in guys!
mmmmmm For Felix... I see Burn Gorman from Torchwood in that role
