Don't sweat it, Vicki. Head injuries build character. It's business as usual in the Brundage household. I'm working 65 hours a week and counting the days until January. I've also reached the part of December that happens every year. I'm feeling pretty good about myself, because my Christmas shopping is done and then, "Crap! My anniversary is the 22nd!" After the initial panic wore off this year, I'm pretty happy with my gift for David. The "traditional" theme for 26th anniversary is 'original photograph'. David is the one in our house that organizes all the photo albums and scans all the old photos into the computer, etc. So this year I found a cool Kodak digital picture frame. Not only will it do a slide show of photos from a memory card, it also syncs with FaceBook and stuff! I think he'll really like it. OK, maybe not as much as me, I'm the geeky one in the marriage. ;D

I hate people who have all their shopping done before December. They make me feel homicidal. Thx for the encouragement! Good to hear you build in for that kind of thing Vicki...Since that's the case, don't worry too much about getting a little behind...you're actually right on schedule! And I'm sure you didn't mean to break their kid...Haven't done it myself, but then again Hunter's young yet... Highlights? Uh...Have all the shopping done and have for a little while...

Ah, T - that sounds awesome! I'm sure he'll love it. And 26 years is definitely something to celebrate it. I'd like to make it there myself someday! Congratulations! Don't sweat it, Vicki. lol @ T...you'd think you'd make sure to get the anniversary stuf done first, since it comes first and all that! Vicki, never fear, we only got the shopping done for everyone else before December...We hadn't finished each other or the little man... Then again, Look at the thread, we're still in November, we have plenty of time left!

I'm still with Wayne Campbell in the thought that marriage is punishment for shoplifting in some countries. But thrilled that I have friends that are actually happily married and have been for many years. Happy for them and given hope. (But I didn't say that "hope" thing out loud.) Luv you too, Skitty. Sorry about your sad. Sending big hugs. And Vic, I can probably give you better/funnier "broken kid" stories to ease your guilt if you're interested. Teaser: I once found an eyeball on the floor.
