Just a little note from last night's signing. Kim did say that the series will end with Rachel's HEA but it may not be a romantic HEA, more about Rachel gaining wisdom and growing up. I'm paraphrasing but hope you get the point. It was a fantastic night and fairly large crowd of about 100 folks with plenty of questions but not surprisingly, they all asked questions I've heard before. Got to finally meet "Guy," who is an absolute sweetheart. Oh, someone did ask her what authors she likes and she mentioned Vicki.

Sounds like a great time. She is the one that told me about Showgirl and P. Briggs...oh and Faith Hunter(cool name). "Guy" is great and they are so good together. You said Rachel needs to grow up, sounds like that's the plan.

From your lips to Kim's fingers. LOL I sure hope so. I've probably missed the San Diego signing. I'll check the schedule and maybe go ask her myself. LOL.
thanks

I finally finished Pale Demon. I drug it out cuz I know I now have to wait till next year for the next one. As I was reading through this one I wondered if this was the last book. I liked the book. Especially all the Al and Trent-ness. I know there aren't many that like Trent but I do. I was also surprised when I realized this was book 9 in the series. There are a lot of questions that still need answered and I hope she can end the series on a high note however many books there are left. pg. 412-414 *snort* ;D I'm just sayin'... ^ ;D at last

If you have an ereader, and have not read the first Madison Avery book, here is your chance to get it for just $1.99. Go to The Drama Box for details. Kindle, Nook and Boarders Ereader are supported.

I am happy I read pale demon. There were a few characters that I don't seem to recall like the banshee. I believe the last book I read of the series was book 5 or 6 or maybe 7 not sure. However, I jumped in to pale demon and it was really good. I probably won't go back and read the books I've missed, but I'll be buying the next book for sure. I never knew I would want Trent and Rachel to be together! Nevermind Trent, AL! They're both my favorite characters. Can't wait for the next book

The banshee was featured most heavily in a short, then revisited in a novel. I could never skip. I'm anal like that. I like re-reading in order too.
Yes, I like Al, as well. Trent's warming up to me, but I still don't trust him.
