I like Jace and I was really pissed at Faythe for putting him at risk. If you like him, you don't want him having a one nighter with her. He'd die a horrible death and I'd really end up hating her for that.

I know what you're saying, Vamp. I do like Jace and I think Faythe needs to quit playing them both...but Marc needs some anger management. Although I suppose in his line of work it's no surprise he's the way he is.

^Completely agree. But I had no idea Jace was doing anything more than playing around until... Ethan said, "Jace thinks he loves you." And he was pissed. Marc beating the shit our of Jace when Faythe was missing because she took his truch was bullshit too. Marc should've been punished further for that, in my opinion.

Well I know who Faythe should be with...and I know Jace is just a diversion, but... It just kind of reminds me of Rachel and Trent in the Hollows. (only lots more physical contact-wow!) Rachel should just do the little cookie maker and get it out of her system. Get the fling outta the way. That's all I'm sayin'. Little cookie maker? You mean Trent? Are you referring to to his species? Keebler? HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAA! OMG! Nooooooo! He's like, evil-lite. Although I suppose she's staining her soul and yadda yadda yadda... Yeah, he's tempting.

As for the Keebler reference; it was mentioned in one of the books by Jenks (he was talking about Quen) but I liked it. I don't care what anybody says, Rachel and Trent are attracted to each other whether they want to be or not. Just do it! Just once. Get in, get out, get off!

Just do it! Just once. Get in, get out, get off! LMFAO @ "get off". Literally and figuratively. Ha ha! See, but like the cookies, if it's good, just once wouldn't be enough. For them or for us. I forgot about Jenks using the Keebler reference on Quen. I love Jenks. But, Kisten...

But I'd still like to read it w/Rache and Trent. Jenks is the best, isn't he. (I coulda put him on the list of 'package' material in word association...in his big form of course) Kisten will always have a warm place in my heart.

I am reading Wicked Game by Jeri Smith-Ready. She is a superb word-smith and I loved her "Aspect of Crow" trilogy. Highly recommended to fantasy loving readers.

Just finished Marked (book 1 in the House of Night Series). It was pretty good. Now onto the second, Betrayed.

Never heard of it. What's it about? I got lucky and got an early copy, its official release date is 5/13/08. Vampires are DJ's at a radio station. They are each "stuck" in the era in which they became vamps. I am enjoying her take on the vampire culture. Jeri's writing is incredible.

I love this series! I loved all three books in the Cast's series. I am awaiting the next with baited breath. I love Simon Green, but I find I must be in a proper frame of mind to read his stuff, he is funny, but extremely dark.
