Ok, I'm gonna be really lame here, but I've had a song going through my head all night after reading this thread. Sadly it's only a tiny bit of the song.
For you Buffy fans out there... It's from the show where everyone sang their parts. Buffy is heading off to fight the good fight.. And she's starts singing about "Walking through the fire" That's all I got. Anyone know it? I have it on tape at home, but lost my VCR in a move. Dang it!
My taste in music runs more to the 60's early 70's rock... Never heard of most bands or songs mentioned here. ;D However two that come to mind:
So much Sting... How about a Police song? "King of Pain" for the Tulpa And to stay with the Fire theme: Neilsson's "Jump into the Fire" Long verison is a must! The bass and drums solo's in this just lays waste. Fit's the whole Troop, but can be a great fit for Jo.

This is probably not heavy metal enough for some of you, but I nominate Jonatha Brooke's new single "Taste of Danger." Lyrics fit.

Patch... any chance you have a name for that song?? Long shot I know. Is that like a sound track CD or one you put together yourself? There were some great songes in that show.
I rembemer reading in one of the Buffy books about it, that Willow was the only one with no song. Went back and watched it and they were right, I think she only sings a line in the whole show.

And the line she sings is, "I think this line's mostly filler" LOL! We have the entire musical memorized in our house. We've watched it 20-30 times Buffy Musical Soundtrack at Amazon

Ok cuz I don't have time to read the whole thing I don't know if anyone suggested it but I immediately though of "Me Against the World" by Simple Plan when she was kicked out of the sanctuary in book 2
