Franklin Mott took the body at the same time he entered Bill's house to search for the Sookie dossier he found in the secret compartment in Bill's office. If Sookie could smell something "off" in the house, a vampire sure could, too. I have a feeling he needs to get Jessica in his pocket for some nefarious reason. And how do we know it was Franklin? They only showed his boots going into the house and later at Merlotte's, they panned down to show them again.
Franklin sure liked the anger and violence Tara showed when smacking rednecks around. She made him show fang!
Yes, the tall willowy blond is Crystal Norris....never mind she is short, dark and skinny in the books. Hollywood type-casting again...I think she looks too innocent...Crystal is a hot-tempered schemer. We'll see if she can make us believe she turns into a panther.

But how did he get in Bill's house without getting invited?
Yeah, Crystal was typecasted. But looks can be deceiving. The Jason/Crystal stuff didn't happen in the same book as the Bill drama did it?

Sometimes the show writers do not pay attention to the rules of the Sookieverse...or Franklin had been invited into the house sometime in the past.

I thought that vampires didn't need an invitation into the house where only other vampires dwell. Eric let himself into Bill's house uninvited in season 1, too.

Once again, the show writers are not paying strict attention to the rules of the Sookieverse...show will be different from books.

I was also under the impression that the invitatuion only applied to human or other living beings. and that it didn't matter to the lair of the undead.

Yeah, it's a case of slightly different rules...they've stated that it only applies to living residences...

Hmmm... that I do not recall. Did Liam, Diane and fucktard have to be invited into Bill's?

I don't think so, they were just there.

They were already there when she showed up, so we have no real way to know...But I thought Eric explained they didn't need invites when they showed with the new bartender
