OK would you believe I was Johnny Depp's stunt double, yeah, that's it. That's the ticket. Well, then you will be very popular when we drag your butt to RT next year. Don't forget your AXE!

Where's it going to be again? I've never been popular in real life before.

I might be able to make it. I'll have to sleep in my car though. Nah there's probably a Day's in around there somewhere.

4~ Favorite movie? Four-way tie between Dracula (with Bela Lugosi), The Court Jester, The Princess Bride, and Shaun of the Dead. Court Jester!!! I love that movie...up in the top five for me! Gotta love Danny Kay... "I found a bow and arrow and learned to shoot. I found a little horn and learned to toot. Now I can shoot and toot. Ain't I cute?" ::blows raspberry:: Yep ;D

"The Duchess dove at the Duke just when the Duke dove at the Doge. Now the Duke ducked, the Doge dodged, and the Duchess didn't. So the Duke got the Duchess, the Duchess got the Doge, and the Doge got the Duke!"

Whoa! The room rate at the Windsor is way too high for a poor boy like me. Definitely Days Inn. I was saving up for a big flat screen HDTV...
I think I want the TV more. The idea of driving that far to be in a crowd doesn't really appeal to me. Gas will be about $5.25 next spring.

Whoa! The room rate at the Windsor is way too high for a poor boy like me. Definitely Days Inn. RT negotiates a MUCH LOWER room rate. None of us will be paying the full rack rate. Many people get roomies which will even lower the negotiated rate more. RT will put you on a list and try to get you roomies if you like. Just a thought.... Remember, Vicki will probably be there along with Kim Harrison, maybe Jeaniene Frost, Rachel Vincent, and very possibly, my boss, Charlaine Harris. Not to mention over 200 authors all in a ballroom (Saturday Book Fair) lined up like sitting ducks at tables where they can't get away. Only costs $5 to get in and you can buy books and bring your own to get signed (they mark them so you don't get charged for them again). Coming for just the weekend might be an idea for you...if you are interested at all.

AAAK!!! Roomie with a stranger? NO WAY!
I really don't think I could handle being around that many people. I mean I have had anxiety attacks at family reunions and Thanksgiving dinners. This is with people I've known all my life.

There is a good possibility that my hubby and I will be driving, sooo, if there are any books you want signed, you can send them to me and I could possible drop them off on the way back home or mail them back from Orlando. If we fly however, all bets are off because of the weight restrictions AND charge for 2nd checked bag.
We could do lunch! ;D

AAAK!!! Roomie with a stranger? NO WAY! I can't room with strangers either, I need my personal space AND I am a bathroom hog. My hubby says I am high maintenance in the grooming category....but you just don't want to scare people if ya know what I mean..... Sorry, Raven, highjacked thread resuming regularly scheduled topic now.

Hey Skitty, Since your fave cuss word is 'fuck', I was wondering if you heard the song "Chocolate Starfish" by Limp Biskit? It's pretty crude, but I love it (it's so socially incorrect...but I still like it) I dunno if that's your taste in music, but thought you might get a kick out of it.
