I don't know, I admit that I do want to read a few I have read recently over again (Kate Daniels specifically before the next one comes out) but generally once I know what happens, I don't read them again. I think I am just a more plot driven reader if that makes sense? I read because of the prose and enjoy it, but most importantly I read because I want to know what happens and that overrides everything else. Its one of the reasons I go through books so fast I think.... and something I am trying to work on because I often miss the little things because I read too fast.

1~ How did you get your screen name? Malkav hails from the Old World of Darkness, the Progenitor of my favourite clan of vampires who are, to a one, all completely mad. Red is more or less 'cause I'm Native American.
2~ If you were a chocolate bar, who would you want to eat you? Anyone who likes the combination of Sweet and Nutty.
3~ Favorite TV Show? Torchwood, at the moment, though I'll change my mind three times in the next few hours.
4~ Favorite movie? Sex Drive
5~ Favorite genre of music? Celtic
6~ If the voices in your head told you to jump off a cliff, would you do it? Depends which voice.
7~ Who's your most favorite dead person? Theodore Roosevelt
8~ What did you do last night? Hung out with some friends until 2 am, playing White Wolf.
9~ Can you put your legs behind your head? Used to be able too. Like Four years ago.

11~ What books are you reading? The Scent of Shadows The Taste of Night A Wizard at Large
12~ Han Solo or Luke Skywalker? Han Solo. Gotta love a Swashbuckler
13~ What book have you read most times in your life? The Forever King
14~ What's the worst job you ever had? My Current One
15~ Color of your couch/sofa? Beige and Brown
16~ Can you touch your nose with your tongue? Nope
17~ Where on the globe are you right now? Kansas
18~ Member of this board you related most to (so far)? Deathlynx and Miki
19~ If you had 1 free plane ticket, where's 1 place you would go? Why? Hmmm, Probably Japan. I've always wanted to learn the language from a native
20~ What is your favorite cuss word? Motherfucker!
21~ If you could have one super power, what would it be? Instantaneous Teleportation
22~ Where is your underwear? Guarding Me Nethers!

24~ Makes you laugh? Everything.
25~ Grosses you out? Almost nothing anymore.
26~ Favorite Zodiac character/book? Warren, though I am fond of Gregor.

I love to listen to Celtic music when I want to relax. It's been a while since I've read any Terry Brooks but I remember having A Wizard At Large.
#18. Really?
*snorts @ Raven about # 26 (although she IS right)

1~ How did you get your screen name? Montbriac is my favorite kind of cheese and cheese varieties appear to be in low demand for screen names (go figure).
2~ If you were a chocolate bar, who would you want to eat you? Benicio del Toro... any way he wants.
3~ Favorite TV Show? These favorite questions are tricky for me because my fickle mind changes favorites every day. Today it’s Bored To Death.
4~ Favorite movie? Some Like It Hot but ask me tomorrow and you could get a different answer.
5~ Favorite genre of music? Again, it changes with my mood. Today it’s hard bop jazz, tomorrow it could be electronica but it’s never pop or country.
6~ If the voices in your head told you to jump off a cliff, would you do it? If it’s in a throaty baritone and promises something really delicious if I comply, then after a couple of good, stiff drinks I might have the nerve.
7~ Who's your most favorite dead person? Oscar Wilde because I’m a sucker for witty one-liners.
8~ What did you do last night? Lent a shoulder to a friend and made lots of mixed drinks for said friend and my husband (who earned those drinks for having the good manners to take the kids upstairs and give my friend space for the defcon three level emotional meltdown).
9~ Can you put your legs behind your head? No, but I can touch my nose to my ankles – does that get me any brownie points?
10~ Favorite quote? Bones heal, chicks dig scars, pain is temporary, glory is forever. – Evel Kenievel
11~ What books are you reading? Jim Butcher’s Grave Peril.
12~ Han Solo or Luke Skywalker? Luke who? It’s always been Han Solo.
13~ What book have you read most times in your life? Cormac McCarthy’s Blood Meridian (because I like to keep things light).
14~ What's the worst job you ever had? Champagne Room hostess in an unnamed gentlemen’s club. I didn’t dance. I didn’t work for tips. And I really didn’t like the job or the people I worked for, with or around. The uniform rocked and the salary was good enough to keep me corseted and in 5” heels for a few months until I paid off all my debts and had enough stories for my anecdotage.
15~ Color of your couch/sofa? Aubergine.
16~ Can you touch your nose with your tongue? Can’t everyone?
17~ Where on the globe are you right now? Great Lakes.
18~ Member of this board you related most to (so far)? Honestly, I am impressed with the collective minds on this board. There are some good commentaries on this board.
19~ If you had 1 free plane ticket, where's 1 place you would go? Why? The Seychelles Islands because they’re sinking and I’d like to visit before they go the way of Atlantis.
20~ What is your favorite cuss word? Goddamnit which is transformed into "dagnabbit" around the kids.
21~ If you could have one super power, what would it be? The ability to find anything – be it a lost treasure, that pesky Bin Laden or even just good manners for Rep. Joe Wilson. The ability to find anything could be both lucrative and a public service. ;D
22~ Where is your underwear? Some is in my dresser, some is in my hamper, some is on me (sorry, not rockin' the hungry for papparazzi attention look).
23~ What scares you? Acts of cruelty.
24~ Makes you laugh? Mel Brooks, Fox News, the entire Design Department of my office and my kids.
25~ Grosses you out? Slasher movies.
26~ Favorite Zodiac character/book? Jolivia is my favorite character and City of Souls is my favorite book in the series so far – the last third of that book hit me like a punch to the stomach. The set-up was pitch perfect and I feel hook, line and sinker for the entire book.

montbriac- serious LMAO #2 & #22! I don't know about the rest of you, but speaking for myself, it would be really difficult to maintain what selmblance of authority I have in the office if my bits n' peices were all Basic Instinct while I was giving directives to my assistants. I am sure there are some people who could pull it off -- I am not one of them.

well, that could depend on the assistant *shrugs* LMBO - a couple of years ago I was interviewing for a new assistant and this one candidate was over 45 minutes late and really offensive about it, using poor language choices as he blamed the cab driver. Without missing a beat, he went on to tell me that he had failed the BAR exam three times and that he applied for the job because he was hoping to meet women. The Coup-de-grace however was the 180-degree whiplash he gave himself when he ogled one of the PR Reps and then he embraced me before I could get him out the door. I kid you not. I almost wanted to hire him because he was such a train wreck that I thought it would be funny, sort of like my own Homer Simpson without the donuts. But when I countered the amusement factor against the time I'd spend with HR for all of his transgressions, I decided to take a pass. Yes indeed, it's a good idea to keep your undergarments on in the office -- especially when interviewing because HR doesn't always screen candidates as well as they should.
