Picture #3 has gotta be my favorite. Even though the way he's got the smile on his face as his kisses her hand, it's something Eric is more likely to do than Bill. Eric's more of a smooth operator, IMO. Awww, Jason's cute. Cute enough to slap.

OK, I'm back. Im actually sworn to a bit of secrecy, but I can tell you from my geeky end, the show will SOUND incredible. The sound supervisor is really working hard at it and so far it's really neet. Now, let me preface by saying I have read NONE of the books. I wonder at its casting though. Seems the men could be hotter, but what do I know, I'm not a casting agent. "Lafayette" is great, so is his cousin and her alcoholic mother. 'Sookie' seems Ok but I don't know the character well enough to say. Lots of steamy scenes will certainly make this a draw. There were three just in the one episode last week LOL. It is possible, I hope, that I'll get to work on a couple more. We'll see. stacey

Oh, Stacey, you have got to read the books. We hooked Miki on them, now it is your turn. It is a great story, when you read them you would never know she writes by the seat of her pants! But since she started out writing straight mysteries, she has twists and turns you'll never see coming and she is fearless! Once she killed the protagonist"s husband and she also killed a pet cat, thus breaking unwritten writing rules. Also, Charlaine's men are hot, but REAL! She writes them not perfect, so we can see their warts as well as their good points.
Tomorrow, go get DEAD UNTIL DARK, You won't be sorry.

I was watching the behind the scenes of True Blood trailer and i recognized the scene they were doing from the book. Since I saw this on a publicly available trailer and most of us have read the book, I don't consider it a spoiler.
The scene was from where the couple have Bill tied down with silver chains and Sookie is rescuing him the first time. It was pretty cool but was a work in progress and not a finished scene.
I have also spotted other things in the background of various True Blood bits like Fangtasia for example.
The River Styxx commercial is one of my favorites.

If anyone is interested in spoilers there's a preair screener on Demonoid. I think I need to go back and reread from the beginning again, parts I can remember and other parts I'm not sure about. But it looks like it's going to be really good. Can't wait to see the real thing, but I hope they offer the episodes on iTunes for download, otherwise I'll be waiting for the DVD's. And Stacey....the sound is awesome. Good work!

Going OT a little here but there was some interest expressed in Generation Kill. HBO is showing the first 3 episodes tonight starting at 8:00(HBO-E)
This show is based on a book written by a journalist that was embedded with a Marine unit in Iraq. It's very realistic and gives a good idea of what things are like for servicemen on the ground there.

OMG! I just had a chance to check these out today...I am SO psyched for this series! I can't remember the last time I was this excited about a new show. (I don't watch a lot of tv) Ooo, the guy that's playing Bill...it's the accent (I'm done, I tell ya! DONE!) ;D
